Just read a post about R2 beeping and legit thought it was talking about Richard the second and not R2D2 and let me just tell you that is not a conflation I saw coming

Also, if we’re making droid comparisons, Richard is much more like C-3PO in the sense that he is ambiguously gay, talks too much, and is covered in gold.

I nean, like half of Richard’s speeches can be summed up as “We seem to be made to suffer. It’s our lot in life”.

So accurate it hurts.
