I know a lot of us are going through a lot of misery today and I don’t want to add to that, but it is November and deductibles will reset January 1st, so…

Due to this political change, I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend my followers w/ vaginas be proactive about seeking long-term birth control.  There are IUDs that last 5-10 years, the implant can last up to 4 I believe, and there are probably other methods too.  

Under the Affordable Care Act, a lot of BC and related procedures are covered w/o a deductible.  I believe Planned Parenthood can also help if cost is an issue.

Also, acquiring morning-after pills w/ an expiration date several years away, to have on hand, is a good idea for both vagina-havers and non-vagina-havers-who-care-about-vagina-havers.
