Trump just thanked black people for not turning out to vote

He is such an asshole.
I’m smart enough to know when I’m being insulted.
Trump’s “thank you” is really him laughing in our faces, gloating that Republican voter ID laws, gutting the Voting Rights Act, and interstate crosscheck lists had the desired effect of disenfranchising millions of black voters. He’s pointing the finger at black people and blaming us, while deftly taking all responsibility off of the GoodWhitePeople™ who knowingly voted for a racist, misogynistic, Islamophobic neo-Nazi.
I can only hope that MSNBC, CNN and other media outlets don’t take the bait and have another, “Should America blame black people again? Let’s debate both sides” type discussion. Don’t let Trump dictate the narrative.
