can you please share that story?
Long story short, I modeled a very real wolf costume, made of a wolf rug, in the woods for some photos. I thought at the time, I was alone.
However, at Halloween, a professor at the art college asked me to come in with it to give the students some costume goals. I did so and was met by someone freaking out that I was “the wolf.”
Apparently, when I thought I was alone, some poor art student saw me and assumed the bipedal wolf creature he saw was real until he saw it again up close.
He was disappointed but he did get to pet it so all was forgiven.
So, if you ever see a cryptid in the woods and are tempted to freak out, stop and think: have you considered furries?
