The reason this haunts me is because I feel like it’s a reference to a series, but I don’t know what the hell series it is since it’s not Fullmetal Alchemist, as far as I’m aware. If this is actually a reference rather than just OP’s homegrown surrealism, someone please enlighten my ignorance.
