I’ve been working on some projects today which include reading up on Chicago’s crime/murder clearance rates and how they compare to some other cities, which combined with happening to see some old reblogs about how desperately Trump hates Chicago has me thinking that if people are right about a fake terror attack ala the Reichstag, it’ll probably be here. 

Chicago hasn’t traditionally been a terror target, but we have the Futures Market/Mercantile Exchange, a local Federal Reserve outpost, a Trump tower, the stadium of the most recent World Series champions, and a well-known marathon. We also have a large Muslim population, and the Nation of Islam is headquartered here. And boy does Donald Trump hate us, and the feeling is mutual.
