Naomi @ Azzedine Alaïa Fall/Winter 1988
This long black chiffon dress with an inlaid “tattoo” pattern from the fall 1988 collection was specially created for Naomi. It took six months to make and was a homage to both Madeleine Vionnet and Josephine Baker. Alaïa never allowed the dress to be photographed on any other model.
