No, no, guys, look closely.
This house is looking for extremely physically fit young men (No drugs, no makeup, no special diet, exercise 15 hrs a week) who are passive and docile (no protests, no music lyrics with swears) who, most of all, will not be missed if they disappear (very little social media presence, not rich enough to own expensive luxury items, no need to constantly be in contact with their parents over bills/gifts, few identifying markings like tattoos)
This is obviously an organ harvesting operation.

The brogrammer is the worst, they consume cities with fun cultures and make them overpriced and icky.
Notice also the subtle sexism here. Everyone knows makeup is a damned if you do, damned if you don’t situation for women. If you do, apparently the brogrammers see you as vain and self involved! But if you don’t, those investors you’re hoping to woo might think you look unprofessional.
Anyway, nothing is more disgusting than taking an economically and culturally diverse city and making it the home turf of people who think only one kind of knowledge is valuable. I understand the importance of science and technology as much as the next person, but if you think that’s all that’s valuable, you can take that mindset and shove it. Artists can’t afford San Francisco anymore, cities for miles around are just expensive suburbs of Silicon Valley now. That’s not an improvement.
Agree they’re trying to winnow it down to young male fitness enthusiasts, but suspect it’s because they think that way the company health insurance will never have to pay out.
