Hey Illinoisians, our next primary is March 20th. If you want to vote by mail, you should register for it by March 15th or before.
In Illinois, you don’t need a reason to vote by mail, such as disability or absence – you can just say you want to, and they send you the ballot. I like it because there’s no pressure, I can research as I go and take several days to vote.
Not sure if you’re registered to vote in Illinois? You can check your registration here (all they need is name, birthdate, and zip code) and register here until March 4th.
