It’s just a badly written spam email, but I like how it implies not only will they get me a loan but they might help me get a new identity and move to a country with no extradition treaty with the United States.
I think they may also be implying an actual guy named Loan will come and do this.

“Loan.”
“It’s Irish.”
“Who’s your buddy?”
“That’s Mort. Mort Gage.”
Now I want the adventures of Loan and Mort, who travel the country helping people escape bad relationships, unjust debt, and sometimes the Mob.
Loan has a price on his head. It rises 3% yearly.
