(Ravelry anon) Also, Ravelry Rubberneckers is a forum focused on laughing at drama, with strict rules against harassment/trolling. It’s useful if you prefer not to buy from people who are bigoted or jerks. Rav as a whole is really nice, RR and DT just look for the bad apples.

I suspect I missed the first half of this ask, Anon, but that sounds like a fun forum! And Ravelry has always had the reputation for me of being a place of mystery where stringwitches sell their wares, so I’ve always had the utmost respect for it.

Despite the fact that I occasionally compulsively overshare, people somehow still manage to know nothing about me

I honestly don’t know what people know about me, because usually they don’t react to stuff I say and never bring it up later, so I’m half-convinced they don’t really hear me, but they may also be keeping extensive notes and biding their time.
