Was introduced to this last night – basically a retelling of Captain America and subsequent MCU movies with a genderqueer/non-binary Steve Rogers (at least those are the post-ice terms he eventually decides to use for himself. As it follows all the movies, it’s pretty much novel length, but I recommend it for  pre-serum Steve and his queer lefty 1940s friends, and for being the only work I’ve seen that imagines post-serum Steve having major body dysphoria (he and Bruce Banner eventually discuss it). Also, this Steve is most definitely against Hydra and everything it stands for.
