Looked it up and yep, this is Wonder Bar (1934), as Pre-Code as it gets. Caveat if you ever get to watch the whole thing — this is an Al Jolson movie directed by Busby Berkeley, and therefore not only contains a blackface number, but one that’s at least fifteen minutes long and jaw-droppingly over the top.
